Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Climbing Hall, Website, and Application of LLC “Sport Climbing Development”
These Terms and Conditions constitute the rules and conditions for using the climbing hall, website, and mobile application of LLC “Sport Climbing Development” (hereinafter — “Terms and Conditions”). By accepting them, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and do not wish to be bound by them, please do not use our climbing hall, website, application, or the services provided therein.
Article 1. Definition of Terms
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the text, the terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:
- 1.1. Company / Service Provider: A legal entity established under the legislation of Georgia, LLC “Sport Climbing Development” (ID: 405210454);
- 1.2. Legal Address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Sh. Nutsubidze 3rd Micro-district, Block 2, Apt 7e;

- 1.6. Working Hours: Monday – Sunday: 11:00 – 23:00 (or according to the schedule indicated on the website);
- 1.7. Delivery / Service Conditions: Determined in accordance with the standard packages indicated on the website and the specific services of the climbing hall (e.g., instructor supervision, equipment rental).
Climbing Hall (Club) Rules
Welcome! Before using the services of LLC “Sport Climbing Development” climbing hall or registering as a club member, please read the following rules carefully:
1. Introduction
By accepting these conditions, confirming the agreement electronically, or signing the registration card at the hall, the club member (or visitor) expresses full consent to observe and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Specifics of Sport Climbing, Health Guarantee, and Safety
2.1. Awareness of Risks: The club member/visitor acknowledges that sport climbing (bouldering, lead climbing, etc.) is a high-intensity sport involving potential risks. During training, there are risks of falling, muscle injury, and joint damage.
2.2. Health Guarantee: The club member guarantees that they have no medical contraindications (cardiovascular diseases, severe spine/joint injuries, epilepsy, etc.) that would prevent safe execution of climbing exercises or endanger their own health or that of others.
2.3. The Company will not perform physical assessment or medical diagnosis of the member. Any testing or instructor evaluation is purely advisory and intended for progress monitoring.
2.4. Briefing and Equipment: The visitor is entitled to undergo voluntary safety briefing prior to entering the hall (upon paying the corresponding fee). The use of climbing equipment (harness, carabiners, belay devices, climbing shoes) must follow the instructor’s directions and manufacturer instructions precisely.
2.5. The Company is not liable for health deterioration or injuries caused by violation of safety rules, disregard of instructor directions, or pre-existing medical conditions.
2.6. The Company is not liable for member conditions caused by improper use of sports nutrition, supplements, or chalk (magnesium). In case of sensitivity or allergies, the member must consult a doctor.
3. Member Access and Security System
3.1. Access cards or individual QR codes are issued to club members/visitors, granting entry to and use of the climbing hall premises.
3.2. Transferring one’s card or QR code to third parties is prohibited. In case of violation, the Company reserves the right to cancel membership without refund.
3.3. In case of a lost card, replacement is subject to the active fixed fee.
3.4. For security, identification, and internal monitoring purposes, photos may be taken during registration. Video surveillance is also active within the hall premises (see Article 13).
4. Use of Climbing Equipment and Hall Inventory
4.1. Upon completing training, the member must return borrowed/rented equipment (climbing shoes, chalk bags, belay systems, carabiners) to designated areas.
4.2. Bringing foreign objects (phones, keys, glass bottles) onto the climbing wall is prohibited. Sitting, lying, or leaving items in fall zones (mats) is strictly prohibited.
5. Installment Payment of Memberships
5.1. Installment payment applies exclusively to standard 12-month memberships.
5.2. Membership prices are determined by the Company and may change. Prices of already purchased memberships are non-adjustable.
5.3. The total price is divided into 12 equal payments, covered over the 11 months following purchase on the corresponding monthly date.
5.4. Delaying payment by more than 5 calendar days will result in contract cancellation without refund.
5.5. Pausing or early termination of installment memberships is not permitted (except for force majeure/medical cases).
6. Locker Rooms and Hangers
6.1. Hangers are available in locker rooms for temporary use. The Company and staff are not responsible for lost or damaged personal/valuable items.
6.2. Visitors must keep valuable items (watches, wallets, phones) with them or use monitored zones (where available).
7. Personal Data Processing and Marketing
7.1. By signing/agreeing, the member consents to LLC “Sport Climbing Development” processing personal data (name, surname, phone, email) for direct marketing, updates, promotions, and event notifications.
7.2. Members may opt out of marketing messages at any time via written notice or email (info@climb.ge).
8. Member Rights
Club membership/visitation grants the individual the right to use the climbing hall, walls, and equipment within the scope of the purchased package/membership.
9. Member Obligations
9.1. Comply with internal rules and safety briefings of the climbing hall;
9.2. Pay service fees on time;
9.3. Inform the instructor in advance of any physical limitations or indispositions.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes), alcohol, illegal/stimulating substances, or training under their influence is strictly prohibited on the premises. Bringing cold weapons or firearms is also prohibited.
11. Termination
The Company reserves the right to unilaterally terminate membership or restrict entry in cases of severe rule violations, disregard of safety standards, or inappropriate conduct toward visitors or staff.
12. Membership Refunds and Freezing
12.1. Refunds are only available for standard (non-discounted) memberships. Upon refund, the cost of completed visits is deducted (based on standard single-entry rate, e.g., 30 GEL).
12.2. Refunds are processed within 7 business days from submission of request and bank details.
12.3. Membership freezing is allowed only upon presenting an official medical certificate (Form №IV-100/a) for the designated duration (not exceeding 1 month).
13. Video and Audio Surveillance
13.1. To ensure safety, prevent accidents, investigate incidents, and monitor service quality, continuous video and audio recording/surveillance is active in LLC “Sport Climbing Development” premises and adjacent areas.
13.2. Cameras are situated in climbing zones, reception, and common areas. Surveillance is not conducted in locker rooms or restrooms.
13.3. Entering the hall constitutes consent to video/audio recording. Recorded material is retained in accordance with legal timeframes under strict confidentiality.
14. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Language Supremacy
14.1. This contract is governed by the active legislation of Georgia. Any dispute shall be resolved through negotiation, or by the courts of Georgia if agreement is not reached.
14.2. Language Supremacy: These Terms and Conditions are executed in the Georgian language. If translated into another language, the Georgian version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy or conflicting interpretation.
